The challenge was to elevate Palmolive from “just another soap/shower gel” into a brand-building experience that delights the senses and captures emotion. The goal was to transform each bath into a story, a ritual of indulgence rather than a chore. The mission: infuse brand strategy into packaging, identity, and communication so that Palmolive would feel premium, memorable, and emotional. The Challenges

Palmolive tried to break through the clutter of the overcrowded personal-care category by positioning itself as more than just another bath product, but a sensory experience.
